I liked about the timely promotions for freshers and salary hikes. But it again depends on the work we do. Company culture is again dependent on the type of work and the nature of people we work with. Overall my experience at Capgemini was good, but fewer opportunities to explore employees interests. I have experienced my requests being delayed in addressing or the managers try to postpone solving employees requests and isues asking them to adjust for a few more months.

Capgemini was the first company that I have started my career as Manual Functional Tester and the team was very supportive in every project and I must shout that IT helpdesk was very supportive and Cooperative if there is any issue raised like they follow up each day until it's done. I like the work-life balance in Capgemini, basically work depends on every project requirements.
