I like the whole about capgemini, mainly the team members and work environment, I have enjoyed a lot and learned more things from capgemini, capgemini means a lot for me.

... while neglecting the well-being and growth of middle and lower-level employees. This creates a work environment where individuals are expected to perform tirelessly without salary increments or career advancement, remaining stagnant at the initial compensation level. HR and WFM secured jobs.

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.

The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.

The thing that i like most is it's work culture, collagues, manager

...also in navratri they raise cost of food items . I found this very heartbroking.as they are not raising our salary but they are incresasing for food items
