...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.

Worst company in terms of salary. Especially, Mechanical Engineers it is a terrible company to work for. When the market is paying "x" for you skill, Capgemini pays "0.4X" Worst! Never join Capgemini

Capgemini pays really really lower than the market for your skills. No work-life balance. Poor appraisals Poor increment Worst management especially for mechanical

Great technical exposure to Cisco products and advanced troubleshooting. Good learning opportunities for freshers with supportive colleagues.

... manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

No Work Life Balance, Work Pressure, No Skills Development, No Working Time, I have done work for day and night and even on Saturday. Managers things about them they are the King of the Kingdom and are not supportive.
