1, No job security 2. Salary hikes max 2,3 % only 3. Most of the projects are migration projects and project duration is 3-6 months only. So whenever your in bench your job will be risky until get new project. 4. Many QA people on bench. Do very difficult to tag new project.

Good for freshers since they will undergone 6 months of training on C, Linux, DSA, Networking, debuggers, linux device drivers, OS and Soft Skills. Lot of exposure to learn.

Salary and hikes are very low.

Aricent was a good company for both compensation and learning of networking protocols, but since Capgemini has taken over, it's no longer the same. It's now a typical service based company with little hike.

i started working with Altran since Sep 2018. So far my experience working here is ok. Job security is a promise since they have lot of project running. in case you are not fit in one they will shift you in another. work culture is totally dependent on project you are working for . management is good.

Dislikes

in terms of salary and allowances i believe Altran need to work more. If compare with other companies i have worked for there is no other allowance than your salary. i work on all holidays but but no extra allowance except fixed 5 holidays in a years. i work on all gazette holidays but i am payed extra only for Holi, Diwali ,republic day, Gandhi Jayanti and independence Day.
