...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

Additionally, the salary hike is disappointing, and the company plans to change the salary structure that was initially agreed upon at my hiring. Furthermore, the company does not organize any team-building activities, such as team lunches or outings, despite claiming they would.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
