...oon, so no job security. We used to work from 9 am to 11pm and even on weekends. There was no compensation for that.

I love the time when i worked at aricent. I worked with testing team. The trainings they provide in gurgaon is the best. Learning in aricent was always good. Any one can enroll in any session and learn something new. My Team leads and Managers were very good. They always supported the team and always try to resolve issues.

Nothing..i quited job aricent because even though i got good ratings..my salary was less than my juniors and friends who joined 2 months before us . Also i got another job..

Great technical exposure to Cisco products and advanced troubleshooting. Good learning opportunities for freshers with supportive colleagues.

... manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

Dislikes

No Work Life Balance, Work Pressure, No Skills Development, No Working Time, I have done work for day and night and even on Saturday. Managers things about them they are the King of the Kingdom and are not supportive.
