...wever, there have been no promotions or increments taking place due to COVID. No deduction in the salary. Management is quite supportive. Other benefits have been provided like internet bills reimbursement for the entire time of WFH. Given more opportunities internally to learn new things. We have been provided complete support in terms of systems/laptops/cables as well.

Great technical exposure to Cisco products and advanced troubleshooting. Good learning opportunities for freshers with supportive colleagues.

... manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

1, No job security 2. Salary hikes max 2,3 % only 3. Most of the projects are migration projects and project duration is 3-6 months only. So whenever your in bench your job will be risky until get new project. 4. Many QA people on bench. Do very difficult to tag new project.
