You will get maximum 5 % growth every year in initial days and after salary of 40k your growth will stop, lots of terms and condition in increment which no one can fulfill for sure. Very tough for new employee since lots of internal politics. Overall I will not recommend.

Caper is very good company. I have learned a lot, and my managers are vey cooperative

There are no any specific dislikes, just that during covid, the company took resignation’s very quickly from us without considering tye problems we faced. Otherwise all is well

It was over all good experience. As I learned so many new things related to my work. Also I have found the perfect balance of my professional n personal life.

The company is going through the bad phase. The whole travel industry is suffering so it's nothing like there fault or anything. Overall it's all good n fine.

It is a nice organization very well organized i am managing the front desk with all the administration part as well i am here learning so many things on daily basis.

Teammates are average, salary appraisals is good, corporate politics is common for every growing company and competitive for candidates, traveling is good, etc

Politics against the success and growth, working environment is always average, job security until you will not get mess the internal politics.
