... project, so have had some where it was good while some where we had to stretch. Compensation and hikes are good in comparison to competitors.

Dislikes

What I didn't like is some mid level management who think that they are bigger than company. A couple of directors are rude to the core, if you can fight it out, its good or stay away from that project.

No or little increments, they are happy to hire a new employee at higher package then take care of their existing employees. The difference between an existing employees and new joiner at same grade can be more than 50%

1. Amazing culture and pay. Sky is the limit. Take responsibilities and progress. 2. Supportive management, leadership and colleagues 3. Amazing HR and Admin team and services they provide - free cab, engagement etc

Dislikes

1. There offices are within Wipro campus which is sad 2. Few members have to work in shifts

Salary payout on 26th of every month , helpful in settling timely grocery bills.

Dislikes

No job security in Capco India. Very less projects in India. Contracts of very short duration 2-4 months with clients. If no contract from clients then HR ask employees to go on 60 days Garden Leave after which they have to leave company. Company shows in records Resignation of employees rather than Termination so that no compensation is paid to sacked employees. India Senior leadership retain their own jobs and bonus. But ask others to leave. India HR does not hear employee grievances. They are puppets of management.

Work Lofe balance is great. There is no pressure from seniors. Also you get good exposure to clients

Dislikes

...things to learn but those can't be clubbed with what project you are working on. Salary hikes could have been more better but I guess the parent company's intervention restricts Capco
