No anything to like about Capacit'e during my tenure.

Dislikes

- Salary late by 2 to 3 months. - No respect for employee. - Management expects on time result but don't want to provide resources. - No proper internal communication. - Client keeps complaining in every weekly meeting but management don't take any actions. - Appraisal not happening according to work and dedication. If you get offer letter from other company and you resigned from Capacit'e then only you get appraisal. - Shameless management. - No work-life balance. - Management can ask to resign with immediate effect if they found you are not more useful for the project. - In short, no proper approach to work done, no proper approach for employee. Then why to work for this kind of company ?

I like mainly site team and help full team management, working procedure, time to time increment salary etc, . Okay thank you

Nothing point, Site team are satisfie depending on site management, so site to site team working satisfaction are not same,

...orking as a contractor firm and getting bills from Clients for like every month. But yet our firm and CEO is not able to pay us the salary from Last three months. There's no appraisals and hikes before 1 year. HR is only with you before onboarding, as you get onboard they'll start ignoring your calls, and start ignoring you as well. It's a Dussehra and Diwali fest and still Labours, Vendors, and staff waiting for salaries from past 2 and half months.

Current team is good within department, Good learning opportunities since you have to take responsibility of complete work.C off for the weekend is good for staf.

Dislikes

No fix date for salary, more involvement of owner in projects, clueless senior staff, more senior staff than junior .Administration and HR is pathetic.No job security.
