Increase in compensation is less but benchmarked with its competitors. Growing through the ranks will be tough but Steady.

Canon is a sort of company which takes care of her employees in terms of job security and offers overall development.

Only drawback is they offer a little low salary & growth ladder works in a little slow manner.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supported. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. In the present covid-19 situation they are supporting to all employee.

No growth, low salary, worst management, Actually they use your shoulders to battle and in return what you get is fake promise, actually there are a lot of bad things but I can't discuss them here...... My suggestion : being jobless is better than working with canon....
