Maybe some exposure. But it's not as much as they hype themselves

Dislikes

... on ideation but keep lying that they will get a "unique piece". They just copy. They are the chindiest people when it comes to money they need to pay. You won't grow or learn here.

terrible experience. its like working under capitalists. No company rules and standards. what the owner and daughter says are the rules. nothing is written. treats employees very rudely as in they are very high and mighty. check the google reviews and you can see that even their clients have the worst experience with these people. wont recommend. holidays are also very limited. doesn't even give leave for some public holidays as its like 'as they please'.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
