Every recruited candidate having a pipeline. Salary credited on time. Few people's are good as well. Remote working available (WFH).

Dislikes

Desired domain can't be given as per the profile. Incentives not credited on time. Few bad people's are there, who extract happiness from your face. Rotational shifts hampering health.

It is consultancy and telemetry(hardware shop or vendor).It hire the people for short small size project and try to do body shopping.

Dislikes

It have single side notice period.It means when you want to leave they ask to serve 3 months but once work is over they will ask to put down paper and release you within 1 week.There is no HR policy.There is no role and responsibilities in this organization.You will be treated as slave.

Its a growing organization, recruitment and hiring team doing good job for engagements with employees and their project assignments and onboarding process.

Dislikes

Experience on CTH basis employee: they don't have any other projects in line so immediately once the contract between them and their client is over, you don't have any other option. So job insecurity always their.

work from home opportunities for support group, CAB facility and canteen facilities were there

There is no projects to assign the team , due to that many members are forced to work in some other support domain projects

I'm not working at canarys but at the client location. Still I've visited the office one and I felt like home - friendly atmosphere and culturally Indian.

Dislikes

Number of leaves per year are just 16. HRs cry when the client is unable to allocate any billable work. Leaves can't be applied as we wish. They should be applied in such a way that number of LOPs are at max.
