Work culture is too bad. Looks good ONLY from outside. Those who don't care of their ego , self esteem , family life, health can still enjoy working here by listening anything from their Management.

Working in PSB is satisfied in point of job security and also good salary package.

Dislikes

Learning process is slow because only single officer handel all type of branch work like loan assessment MSME loan Retail loan agriculture loan SMA follow up NPA management etc

Forget work-life balance Too much pressure not only from the top management but also from some useless lower & middle management people at Regional Offices & Circle Offices. They are working at the administrative offices just because they have godfathers or the management felt they are not fit to work in branches. Transfer policies do not apply for such people. The management really buries the talented people by transferring them to branches that are performing terribly. Such staff are just like troubleshooters and repairers for the top management. The hard-workers keep working hard. That's it. No proper recognition. Only people who know buttering technique get timely promotions, transfers near their home / administrative offices etc. Moreover after the merger of Canara & Syndicate Banks, the working condition became really pathetic. Thank God!! I came out of it at the right time. That too after serving for 5 years. Absolutely there was no regard for an employee who worked for 5 years in the organization. Only harassment.

Salary is good. Decent number of leaves If all the procedures in place are properly followed, can be a good organization

Dislikes

Promotion is purely based on office politics Lot of power play Leaves though available, taking them is very difficult. HR policies are not in favour of employees and bank should consider establishing a separate HR wing that doesn't come under the powers of normal management that takes care of business.

Good work environment and culture but staff are worst...no salary hike n bonus... politics with staff...no refreshment nothing ...no cafeteria no gaming arcade for chilling

Yes for me there is lot of politics and the manager doesn't address my issues... Last year in November my increment and benefits has been stopped...I have been working since 10 years...but no appreciation nothing
