Terrible work life balance, meagre salary package, every day over time working, no proper employee appraisal. Promotions are dependent on the whims and fancies of the cluster head only. No one will recognise our talent and skills.

The company has one of the worst work cultures I have ever experienced. Most of the processes are manual, and the organization is at least 20 years behind in terms of technology. There is a complete lack of ethics and no sense of security for women employees. Working hours are excessively long, often extending from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Additionally, there is no provision for training or skill development for employees.

Dear Friends, I want to share my terrible experience during my period in Canfin Homes LTD which I hope it is useful to everyone. 1 Work - Life Balance:- Company have work time between 10 AM- 5.30 PM but they won't leave you from office even if it's 9PM. 2 Salary and Benefits:- They have wonderful Salary system which is not for applicable for newly hired employees. Variable pay is mandatory 25% of from your salary. It also be mandatory even when you're on your probation period. Due to variable pay, you can't get expected hike from your proposed company when you have an idea to jump for better offer. So think twice before accepting offer from this company. 3 Promotion and Appraisal:- They have ancient promotion system i.e, You will have promotion test or exam once in two years. 4 Job Security:- If you are ready to pampering your Branch manager, then your promotion, variable pay and job security will be in good terms. 5 Skill Development:- Please be ready to lose your skills and strategies which will not going applicable to this company. 6 Work Satisfaction:- Pls forgot this kind of happiness before your joining. 7 Company Culture:- Domination in each and every thing Demerits of Top management:- 1 Poor decisions making and analytics skills which leads to increase your annoyed mentality. 2 You can't talk at open forum to express your opinion which is really want for the present situation. 3 Everything should route out through your Immediate Boss, so please be kind and have a good terms with them. 4 Further,there is no mail culture, you can't have single response through mail communications since even top management doesn't have an idea to write proper mail. 5 Finally you can't see growth here. You'll lose your skills and strategies and whatever you have learned and experienced this much of years. If you really want a professional Growth I'll never recommended to work here.
