Almost all old employees 25 plus working old systematic manual process .IT dept is worst. No AD ,no ITSM ,nothing no tools at all are manual excel files ,notes ,purchase order preparation,,governance compliance mails replying for canara bank spocs, no growth for IT at all.

Dislikes

Biometric deducting salaries ,late long hrs ,Saturdays working al,sick leaves doctor certification for 1days also pathetic
