There is nothing to like about it.

Its an outsourcing company. Salary credited on 5th of the month .leave policy is worst . They give 10 /year Even though the client provides 20-30 leaves /year. There is no bench system . Once your project get closed you will be asked to leave .Last day of the project will be your last working tin company. And the list goes on .

Working with Cams was good. You will learn more things about mutual funds in dept. I was in outbound where you need to do sales , in this way where u can interact a no of investors this will reduce your stage fear. Ull gain more confidence. it is a desk job.

mon to fri plus 1st and 3rd every sat was our working hours. if target not acheived or login hours they will extend their time on every weekends. poor cafeteria. poor training skills.

Policies. Apart from offer letter there will be an appointment letter and it has complete different rules and they ask you to sign it after 20 days of joining with no option for us. Leave policy is even terrible.

Your job is not secure. When you join they said , we r hiring for permanent but they’re hired as a contract basis for clients location. They fired any time and give only 1 month notice.
