I really like the flexibility they give, we can choose our own times to work. I like the work-from-home profile for teachers. I like the regular incentives.

Dislikes

I have been working here for 2 years instead of increasing salary, they reduced it means to pay us on hours basis now earlier they pay on monthly basis. pay got decreased and they deduct TDS but don't share the form with everyone.

I was hired as a developer but asked to be a curriculum designer and instruct in various camps. Being my first job, for me, it was an awesome exposure. I was given the chance to learn new tech and implement them in the easiest way possible. Office boy/House boy cook lunch for all the team members including the founder and CEO and everyone will eat together. Mostly the same food, but its good to eat together and no need to worry about ordering food online or carrying a lunch box.

No company assets/goodies were provided And was asked to wear formals as my salary is credited, I should be able to afford to buy formal. 9. If you have to work at an workshop on Sunday, there will not be any compensation or bonus or paid leave. You have to join on Monday again. 10. At the time of my resignation, I was the last full-time employee. After that company hired completely new team.

...eachers to choose when to work and timings with students can also be worked out. They pay instructors hourly, so as part-time work, this is a comfortable place to work at!

Dislikes

There are essentially no benefits and bonuses are very rare. Their leave policy is also limited - but one can negotiate long leaves if planned in advance. The management is sometimes unreachable and you are expected to deal with the communication between parent and company.

...have worked in. No queries are been answered. No respect given to the employees. I was suppose to get around 12000 INR as my salary and I received only 45 INR . Utter rubbish these people are doing. looting there employees. These people don't really value their employee's hard work they put in in the classes. fooling people around.

They are too irresponsible in paying the salary. It is 15th july today and I havent yet received the salary of june. All the contact persons reply in this case is hopefully you will receive it by this date that date but there are still no traces of salary. Second thing, the appreciation they provide is too less in comparison to the penalties they charge. For example bonus we get for being in time for all the classes and when demos get converted is too less in comparison to the penalties they charge for late shows. Third thing the management is yet unstable it seems because they keep changing the company policies every month.
