Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Cameron is one of the companies in Coimbatore which offers better salary and working environment. Office atmosphere is pleasant.

Dislikes

Employees opinion are not taken into consideration. HR policies are at the worst. They usually doesn't provide any benefit to the employees. Pay rise not given for past 3 years. In the current oil and gas market, job is not secure.
