This one of the worst college in Kolkata. We are getting salary after 3 month means salary of January will be credited on April. No PF Gratuity and salary only in cash. Students are also very poor as the few students are from last rank holders of WBJEE and mostly admitted in second year from diploma. The students are admitted in second year are not attending the classes as some of them engage in jobs and management gives them the facility of such process. I recommend not to select this college as career opportunity.

Dislikes

teammates are frustrates as they are not getting salary in time. No training will be provided. No job security management can sacked any time, No PF and gratuity. No career growth as they freezes the salary or some time salary decreases by 30% or 50% depends on management. Salary being paid by cash only. no politics is there as everyone surviving. no learning environment as students are not attending the classes or attends like distance learning. no innovation.

The college is good for advance study and also for a part time job.

Dislikes

Everything is very poor. The college does not follow any AICTE salary scale, thats why salary is very low for the employees. There is also a very poor system for salary distribution, so salary is paid after 2-3 months later. There is no value of experience, salary remain fixed. Traveling is a another issue, no car found outside of college gate. College bus will provide after 30-45 min later after the college hours. Behavior with all employee is very bad from the management side.
