Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. There is no work culture, no facility, no bonus, no benefits, just come to office do your work sit and go. Owner/manager is also not good. You are just slave here no body cares about what you do, you will only get bad things here. No learning, nothing
