Politics in senior management No care of sales team Only few ones are supported who have made personal tables connect with top SLT Others are always pointed out on no's. Products are not revised and not up to the market Senior management is busy blaming sales every time Finance is the king in the company, they treat sales team as nothing HR is good for nothing if you approach them with any conflict, they tell everything to your bosses and you will have to suffer. Politics in the senior management at full extreme. If any sales person is unable to perform due to any reason in his area they are not ready to listen any problem they are facing, only they are tortured t such an extreme that finally they have to leave
