...ers really work here like a team. The support from the admin staff it also good. Salary is paid according to the govt norms. A little politics at the higher order but it doesn't affect the overall working of the place and if there is any problem then the principal and management is always there to solve the issue. Excellent management and good experience.

The school believes in team work. Our colleagues are from different states with different cultural backgrounds which facilitate our growth as well as students. Our school is open to ideas and gives space and respect to our freedom to our teaching styles.

Salary is decent , but career growth is nil. The work pressure is high.

...urs and on off days. Staff is nice , tutions are extra and big source of money. I earned 3 times more money by home tutions than salary. It is a place free of politics, at least I didn't faced it.

Dislikes

You have to pay monetary fine for not meeting deadlines, wrong correction work and for that sake disobeying any of the office orders. Classrooms are equipped with cameras and microphones and you are monitored regularly through them. Every evening you get a report of your mistakes and penalties thereafter.

I don't like to work there because in Primary department atmosphere is very bad and so much dirty politics playing with seniors teachers so I immediately resigned from that dirty atmosphere of school

Principal is totally blind she only deposited money from parents and teachers are not teaching well to students they only come for money they don't bother about students progress, no discipline in school, students are writing dirty things about principal and supervisor very bad future of students

No job security. They start on contractual basis, which can extend upto 2 years and then probation, which can again extent upto 2 years. In the probation letter there is a clause which says that they could terminate the employment with a month's notice without any reason.
