Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Teammates are mostly Cambodians are they are willing to learn and improve their skills.

Dislikes

... much politics looming around the company and working environment is very toxic. Monthly salary is good but end of service payment is very bad. The plant managers keep on changing as the previous keep on resigning. Department heads also keep on resigning and being replaced several times.

Not a good company No public holidays for people working in shift. No health insurance. Poor HR department, can't even look at employees who are over working and hard working

Harmonious behaviour among staffs , less or zero accountability ,No extra load , transparent

Dislikes

Big gap between mangement and shopfloor. Manaement have no vision with too late decisions. People are working in silos for self development without any team work. Group formation also exits
