First of all the management is not good, there is issue of lift and when we join then 500 is deducted from our salary for headphones and after joining they give us the same old headphones and that too of the lowest quality. It is said that if you leave the job, you will be returned and there is a big issue of salary, you are hired for salary, you will not get proper salary and when you join, you will not get training bonus and 15 days training. Pay is also given after 45 days, that too 50% of training in first salary or 50% in next salary and 11 hrs job but at the time of interview it is said to be 9 hrs but no overtime pay is given.

Nothing to like about working at call 2 connect. Not proper management system & not proper given salary. So many pressurized to there employees.

...ffer letter and experience letter as a hard copy but not on mail the soft copy. If you are working on this management then issue the salary in cash now why on account you are issuing . The employers and the head of operations are not good in that company. The housekeeping after company is also not good They give us a wrong comment that they are giving the parking facility but they do not issue Call to company treat the employer as a sleeves and labour. Call to connect company and the support staff don't know that the business is going in the base of employee not at the base of employer. Because employee is a creditor of company and employer is the debitor of the company Call connect company support to employer not to employee. I suggest to every person not to go in that company It's better try for first source , techmahindra and etc

1. Salary not on time between 10 to 15th of every month 2. Salary is Given in parts training month salary 25% 3. Salary may get hold if you ask teammanager difficult question till 25 of every month 4. No salary slip after joining for 6 months 5. Attendance sheet is not shown 6. Long working hours 11 hrs But at the time of joining said 9 hrs 7. Uneven cuts in salary 8. No PF Life Insuranc health insurance 9. All 6 days working you can get holiday between Mon to Friday sat sun working 10. At the time of evening completing your duty ask your manager before leaving every day

I likes only process movement but not increase the salary according to process

This company does not provide any PF & health insurance and release the salary too late. And also calls on week of days. Not provide any festivals leaves. There is no salary growth and future too.
