...ffer letter and experience letter as a hard copy but not on mail the soft copy. If you are working on this management then issue the salary in cash now why on account you are issuing . The employers and the head of operations are not good in that company. The housekeeping after company is also not good They give us a wrong comment that they are giving the parking facility but they do not issue Call to company treat the employer as a sleeves and labour. Call to connect company and the support staff don't know that the business is going in the base of employee not at the base of employer. Because employee is a creditor of company and employer is the debitor of the company Call connect company support to employer not to employee. I suggest to every person not to go in that company It's better try for first source , techmahindra and etc

Very poor they don't provide us the salary even after completing 2 months training . I don't know why this company is there in Mumbai . Very worst experience of my professional life . They don't have pf facility salary is pretty late. Training was stretch without any valid reason . See now sitting idle at home . At least they have paid us little since I completed 2 months in there company . I shouldn't have joined this company . Please don't have such system where an individual is completing training period and just bcoz he or she is decertified then u don't pay as part of the training process .

First of all there is no job security in Call2connect. Worst management I have ever seen in my life. Even they don't have knowledge about product and services that agent sales. They don't even know how to take calls then only they giving advice to the agents that how to take calls. They don't even follow company policies and regulations. Abusing on the floor in front of girls and maried women. Even they don't provide proper leads and data to work on it and every single time they asking for sale sale and sale. The managers drink alcohol eat tobbaco on floor this is how management in Call2connect. The shift timing is 9:30 to 6:30 but they make you sit till 8:30 or 9:00 Evey day for no reason and no data you have to sit idle after shift gets over.

...etic management and company is. Such bad experience to work with this company. Not providing salary on time not even providing sufficient salary they mentioned in offer letter. Not providing PF's and salary slip. No paid leaves nothing. If you take some leaves even while informing them means approved leaves then only they put your salary on hold and give it to you after 1 month .

...k about job security sometimes it feel uneasy while talking about job security,.salary is also very low while compare with working time & stress .all other things are good .except these two thing working in this company feels as living in home
