Company is public limited company. That's it. MD is good nature. after 2 months I got my relieving letter and experience letter.

Once you resigned the job, then you won't get salary and settlement, PF amount. Still I am not able get it. Follow up is going on with MD sir. Let's see.

...y recommend to none of the people. They will try to hire you on commision basis. Even if you get hired on some CTC they will not provide your the said salary. No SOP NO Hierarchy, No dedicated team. Never ever go to this, value time and money. I have been requested multiple times saying I have lot of commitment where i want to fullfill as a working person. They have not released our salary yet. It's been 3 Months by now.

Worst company please do not join, run by a egoistic mother & her son. Calsoft & Dspeedup are both different entities, Dspeedup (son made a worst software & mother was putting corrinder on that) where as Calsoft is different run the same family members using the name Calsoft so that there worst software & services will be sounds like best.. Please stay away from this worst company.

Totally based on nepotism Deducting salary without any reason Not submitting the TDS and other deductions at all. Not having any good service at all, i suggest please do not join.
