Aur Arindam Ganguly Calcutta Springs (7th floor) mei hamesha soya rehe ta hei kuch kam nehi kar ta hei. Surojit Mondal and Arindam Ganguly in dono ko iss dunia mei kahi kam nehi milega. Pura bekar insan hei.

...here managements role is like a ringmaster, abusing to employees for no reasons. No timely salary and a place where almost every laws(Direct and Indirect taxes) are flouted. Employees fear to work as they will be punished and abused every time they want to work. Employees are also abused for not working and remaining stationery but this happens once in a week or once in a month and sometimes once in a year. A good place to remain stationery and collect salary(although late) every month at tge cost of abuse. Good place for peoples who likes to sign thier apples.

Accounts Department HOD Surojit Mondal (7th floor) total illiterate and don't know anything about accounts. Office timing is 10:30-6:30 but this illiterate stucked me 8:00 P.M everyday. Other boy Arindam Ganguly has sleep everyday infront of all. This department is useless. HR is total waste, always telling lie. No benifits, No PF, NO ESI, No Leave encashment, No facilities. MD and CEO does not know about this. Many employees left from here during this. Only departmental HOD's get benifits. I worked here only for 14-15 days. Really waste of time & career.

Sandeep Acharya HR calcutta springs ltd (7th Floor) he is one of the fraud HR in India. His voice sound pretend to everybody. He always give false promises. He is one of the devil in this company.

When u. Join they told you big big word bt no facility, no leave, nothing u got, they did not give any single paid leave, just like we don't have family, we are working just like robot , new new work they give u bt they didn't give u increment
