It is production based company with job security, with team spirit without politics. Work environment is good with motivation.

Dislikes

Any Innovation to be implemented is to need approval from board of directors. Since more than 3 people are directors it takes to implement long time.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
