If you will ask for maternity leave they will grant you the leave but will conspire to cancel your appraisal and annual bonus.

Mismatched KRA, Stone Age old technology, tenured employees are rigid to adopt new tools, people and processes. Micro management. Ego clashes because of seasoned employees. No cultural activities as there is no such budget. Lack of clients and people join to fool the management and further to client by referring old methods. No job security if you question current processes. Politics at peak because owner has brought his family members to the company. Suffocating HR procedures. Old dull infrastructure of office premises like old govt offices.
