I dislike CCD bcz its salary upgradation. During my job period of 2.6 years my salary upgrade only 500 rupees. And also preserised to upgrade the sale as per expectation.We fullfill the target also but they are not satisfied.

...lso supports. If we are thinking about our career then its a good place to grow. The major concern is salary and grwoth which is quite slow. Overall great place to work.

Their is only that things good .No 1 is you can develop your communication skills and good hospitality .

No job security no growth no insensitive no good salary..thay give to much less salary .The work pressure is very high but no good salary and no promotion. I have to work for 2-2 weeks regular for 15-17 hours straight in day Mangers do not value.

I don't think there is any good thing about the company. Comparing yourself to other companies in the industry, this is the terrible one on all major fronts. You don't have a good value in terms of this experience gain as well while applying outside.

Dislikes

Their compensation and benefits are the worst you would find anywhere. Incentives of 2016 is being paid only now and you won't get your incentives paid when you are on notice period or have left the company, even though you have worked hard during the incentive period and brought good business to the company. No body cares for anyone here, you'll feel suffocated every passing day.
