...worked in ops group at most 8 years .. But as a carrier growth is little slow .. Salary part is low for me .. Work life I travel too much in this company..work environment is excellent because it is too strict on SOP standards .. I learn lot of things people handling.. PNL making ..about cost controlling.. Wastage control.. Audits .. Work life is good but there is no timings for family and friends .. My over all experience in CCD good.

in operation there is lot of politics .. If you want to growth in next level we need to give up our self decipline .. It is quit district me giving time for family due to some rules having by lower management.. If we need growth we need to leave our work Ethic's a side.. Some time if you performance is good also there will be politics to grow next level..

I can't recall a single good memory from that company. The only good thing about that company was my Executive level colleagues who always stood by me and supported throughout the journey.

...obal Limited as a synonym to make it more appropriate 2- Pathetic HR policies. 3- They never pay salary on time, you will feel like getting salary once in 2 months. 4- They don't pay conveyance. 5- In many cases they keep the salary on hold and never pay. 6- They treat employees like daily wage workers. 7- Zero work life balance. 8- They will overload the employees with numerous work but the salary is too less/ unworthy. 9- Never appreciate, They will rather take away the credit. 10- They will never try to understand the actual issues going on in the market and just unnecessarily compel to do stupid stuffs. 11- I literally remember getting scolded and lectured for 2 hrs for not wishing him Goodmorning!! 12- If you ask leaves pertaining to health issues, the manager literally said that your teammate is on leave if you want leave then call and tell him to come back to office otherwise you can't get leave!!!! There are endless things about this toxic company and I can write a book about it! This company is so Pathetic that no employee completes 1 year here, everyone resigns much before that. These people are mentally torturous!!! I will never recommend my enemy to join this company ! If you want peace in your life then stay away from Coffee Day!

Salary doesn't comes on time. We generally gets on 15-20th of the month, Only Pressurise on Stocking the distributors and also Risk of Machine Recovery Cost is Incurred on Salary of Employees. Even Exit Policy is not smooth

I dislike CCD bcz its salary upgradation. During my job period of 2.6 years my salary upgrade only 500 rupees. And also preserised to upgrade the sale as per expectation.We fullfill the target also but they are not satisfied.
