...ible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.

The company use to be good . When i joined the company it was fine salary was good duty timing, everything was good . The chairman of the company Dr.modi he is a nice guy. But his son he is mad 😡😠 . He doesn't care for anyone future. He is like a child without any need he requit end less staffs . At a time there was no work for staff. But his father he saw all that and started lay offing staffs .the more he laf off the more the son brings new staff. You know i worked 5 years for that company and after 5 years without any reason i got layoff. Never ever join that company.your life will be dead.

...f poor decision making. 6. Manpower is very less according to the activities. 7. Never think that you will get salary as per CTC, lot of deductions are there. If you stay for five long years, then you will be able to have the superannuation, gratuity money. But, staying five years here is nightmare. 8. HR is useless. They are here just to harass people.

...es are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
