1. Work might get monotonous after few years, since it involves dealing with customers on regular basis. 2. Onboarding process is time consuming and involves lot of paperwork. You may find some HR employees not cooperating. 3. Company has only 2 offices in entire India (Noida and Bengaluru) for design related work, making it difficult for candidates in other states to relocate permanently. 4. Remote work provision won't be there any longer. 5. Freshers shall find it difficult to cope up with the HUGE amount of learning in the first 6 months or so.

Work life balance is the best. Compensation is less compare to competitors. Facilities and work environment is excellent. Learning is depends on the work challenges of your job role.

Don't join Tempus team. It is the worst. lot of people have left the team or moved abroad. Seniors are unfriendly and unsupportive. They can even go to the point of harassing you. Overall in cadence, old people have created lobbies due to their insecurities. This will cap your progress.

The office is beautiful and very peaceful. The vibe is positive and the food is good. Office cab facility is also good. The work culture in general is good but it also depends on your manager as well and in which team you are working. If your manager is not kind and gentle, you will feel stressed at the end of the day. So yes, the major determining factor of the office environment is your manager only.

Job security is not great. You never know when the tables might turn againt you.
