Job Responsibilities Secondary sale monthly target. New product launching. Effective brand Distribution. Effective coverage.Vc cooler secaning.Vc cooler wise target complete. Daily productivity call. Unique line bill. Top outlet wise target.

Career growth is very slow. Off roll job DSM. Salary is not good. No job security. apka performance achha h or aap monthly Target ka 100 % to 110 % bhi karenge tou apka. As a TSI promotion nhi hoga

Location of office as it takes me almost 2hrs one way to reach off.. Salary grade wise benefits. Many times lower grade team members gets ignored.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joninees.
