1. Micromanagement 2. Work hours 3. Not trained for the required job. Expected to learn everything by self. 4. Client mood swings affect major company policies. Client service team and management preach something else at the time of on boarding and one comment by the client can change everything. 5. No growth or skill development. Same rote work assigned continuously. 6. No communication by management. 7. No communication with team 8. Management doesn't communicate with the employee even about important topics that concern them. 9. Flexible work hours means flexibilty for the management to make you work any time.

... the cut, they have developed a system in which one cannot attain the elusive 3.6 QI rating, and thus there are salary cuts, to such an extent that one gets less than half the amount one had signed up for. Quite the business strategy. You are bonded labour on their payroll. And guess what, they have the freedom to deduct costs due to lost client from your own salary. They do not give any additional pay benefits such as payment for internet charges, electricity costs and infrastructure costs. In short, a for profit organisation with the most conniving minds in their workforce.
