Quite the business strategy. You are bonded labour on their payroll. And guess what, they have the freedom to deduct costs due to lost client from your own salary. They do not give any additional pay benefits such as payment for internet charges, electricity costs and infrastructure costs. In short, a for profit organisation with the most conniving minds in their workforce.
