Likes

Cablevision system for employees is very easy however they have alot of process supposedly to be more efficient for customers however it’s making it hard for agent and takes too long so not really efficient for customers plus they provide poor service for very high price

Dislikes

As an employee i have no work/life balance, I’m working from home 12h shift that makes me very tired to even call my friends and the rotational shift destroys my sleep as in the 5 days I’m working in per week the shifts changes, they are treating the outsourced customer service companies like animals, i never felt safe in this company as I’m always threatened that I’ll be terminated whenever they want without any valid reasons
