Learning different types of skill at one place. Teammates are supportive. Best for freshers to start the career with 3 year of bond.

Dislikes

Poor policy, poor management, no hike as per industry standards, experience colleague are leaving company but management don't care, deduction are at highest level, diwali bonus deduct from your salary and given to you. Bond of 3 years having notice period of 3 months. No job training for freshers. Experience person have to handle 2to 3 project at one time. No work culture, no work life balance.

nothing to like here don't waste your time here. be jobless instead. not good for experienced or freshers also

Dislikes

lots of agreement and policies are introduced after you waste 3-4 weeks here. lots of monopoly . nothing to like.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
