Nothing much to like about it. Had no option until and unless having a new job in hand.

Dislikes

No new learning, poor work culture, non productive pressure, promotion and appraisal is based upon managers mood rather then employees performance.

Good culture and work life balance.

Dislikes

No growth in Sales Profile, people are working from last 7 yrs in the same profile. If you want to earn incentives only and not interested for the self learning or self growth then join into Sales Profile. Managers or senior managers are not even interested to know what you have done in past or your past experiences bcz they are busy in their own group only.

Just Hike and appraisal (5-10%). Don’t join if you want to grow and upscale in life professional and technical

No respect for employees, toxic work culture Managers are dictators here, no skill growth, bad policies to pressure the employees

Overall I would say that it is a company where the employees are been cared for a lot, which promotes work-life balance and increases your efficiency to work. I have not found anyone so far gossiping about the organization in bad terms.
