The office premises is not so good. Management doesn't address our working issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 15 month before which you cannot resign.

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is high. Many times i worked late night and weekend but didn't get appreciation from the management. Some managers are not employee friendly.

There's no job security Higher management is toxic You can be asked to leave at anytime and that too diplomatically so the company is not to be blamed HR department is pathetic
