During Covid situation till now, no pay cut, no lay offs, no benefit reductions. Salary still on time, all the other incentives and bonuses are on time. Some of my friends in other organisations are suffering. I feel lucky.

Probation period is tough for new joinees. The non-performers and time wasters were shown the door during the probation period itself. Some of them unfairly vent out on social media and online platforms to bring bad repute to the Company.
