Working here for 5 years now. Very fair management, salary on time, mode of work too, is enjoyable. At April this year, they have increased every team members' health insurance coverage in view of this global pandemic. When every Company is thinking about cutting cost, reduce staff etc. Not only C-Quel retained all team members despite of little or no work, they have placed extra burden on themselves by increasing their budget on this health ground expenditure. Hats off.

...ehaved. Come to think of it Company always had my back during this trying times. Be it masks, be it medical insurance, be it vaccines for me and my family, timely salary, increment and what not.

...ilities. There were additional work pressure, yes, to keep the Company floating. but there were no salary cut or any benefit reductions or anything like that. Still some team members unable to cope with increased responsibilities started to slack. their performance graph took a nose dive. instead of working during office hours, they have been found to spent their time in social media sites from their smartphones. When Company told them to pull up their socks, they misbehaved with Senior managers. C-Quel was forced to let them go. Immediately they started bad mouthing the organization on social media sites such as Ambitionbox. I think Ambitionbox is a great site for job seekers and should not be misused.

...e Senior management here is empathetic to employee needs and are quite flexible. We get salary on time, and perks too are industry standard. During Covid pandemic lockdown, not only there were no lay offs, also our medical insurance coverage increased. Nearly 60% of the workforce during this phase were sitting idle, still got their salaries on time and there were no reductions too. May be because of this some people got too lazy, instead of working hard, started doing politics with their colleagues and negatively hampering working environment. Company gave them stern messages. They quit and promptly started abusing the Organization on online platforms. C-Quel is a place for loyal, ethical, hard working people. There are ample opportunities for them.

dirty politics, No future growth, huge partiality. Management force their employee to write good review in this website and mark report on negative review to achieve great rating but it is very ridicules the rating is higher then lots of multinational company.
