Great bonding with Senior Management. Caring, encouraging and absolutely fabulous. I have learnt so many things from our Director Madam and from our Regional head over the last few years and every time I was appreciated for doing anything good. This is a place for performers and those who are eager to learn and hone their skill and knowledge. During pandemic C-Quel extended the Health insurance limit for all employees along with their family members. this shows how thoughtful this company is. They spent huge amount of additional cost when other companies were thinking to reduce cost through salary cut, job cut etc. Hence the retention rate at C-Quel is very high. No one wants to leave the Organisation till the Organisation requests you to leave because of series of non-performances.

Salary is good. but could be better considering the great aura of the company. Although it gives better salary than than most of the renowned BPOs in India.

My experiences are good here. Salary on time, good benefits, sound medical coverage, seniors are cooperating. There were some bad apples. but they have been weeded out. Senior management do not compromise on ethics.

Dislikes

C-Quel terminated the service of one of their senior compliance executive due to prolonged non-performance and after giving several warnings. This is one organization which does not tolerate misbehavior or non-performance. After termination this guy trying to malign C-Quel by absolute false allegations and unfortunately misusing this platform to take revenge. his confirmation was also delayed because of behavioral issues. I would request our MD to take some actions against such unscrupulous guys. We all know the kind of support he got from C-Quel when there was a tragic event in his family. Some people are so mean and ungrateful. Despite so much support and affection he couldn't change his behavior and improve his performance and writing nasty and imaginary things against such a great organization after losing his job.

1. Not a good workplace for lazy and irresponsible people. 2. No proper growth of indisciplined and dishonest employees. 3. Very strict about POSH
