Great bonding with Senior Management. Caring, encouraging and absolutely fabulous. I have learnt so many things from our Director Madam and from our Regional head over the last few years and every time I was appreciated for doing anything good. This is a place for performers and those who are eager to learn and hone their skill and knowledge. During pandemic C-Quel extended the Health insurance limit for all employees along with their family members. this shows how thoughtful this company is. They spent huge amount of additional cost when other companies were thinking to reduce cost through salary cut, job cut etc. Hence the retention rate at C-Quel is very high. Dislikes

Salary is good. but could be better considering the great aura of the company. Although it gives better salary than than most of the renowned BPOs in India.
