Great place to work for an IT professional. Although not an IT company, but there are scores of opportunity to learn and to innovate. Perks are industry standard. Medical benefits are awesome. Especially during this pandemic they have increased the medical coverage. Also got every employee fully vaccinated within record time. Maybe some sort record among Indian MSMEs.

Spent almost 6+ years in this company, this is where you can learn in every step, if you want to. Each employee is directly observed by the higher management to know their strength and weakness, and according to this they are given jobs, in which they are good at. It helps a lot to be an expert in a certain thing. C-Quel is stronglyagainst corruption, dishonesty, partiality and any kind of harassment. Employee can raise grievance against anyone (can be seniors also) if the want to as per C-Quel's fair grievance redressal system.
