Great place to work for an IT professional. Although not an IT company, but there are scores of opportunity to learn and to innovate. Perks are industry standard. Medical benefits are awesome. Especially during this pandemic they have increased the medical coverage. Also got every employee fully vaccinated within record time. Maybe some sort record among Indian MSMEs.

Spent almost 6+ years in this company, this is where you can learn in every step, if you want to. Each employee is directly observed by the higher management to know their strength and weakness, and according to this they are given jobs, in which they are good at. It helps a lot to be an expert in a certain thing. C-Quel is stronglyagainst corruption, dishonesty, partiality and any kind of harassment. Employee can raise grievance against anyone (can be seniors also) if the want to as per C-Quel's fair grievance redressal system. Software developers are attritional lot. But not at C-Quel. All of them are working here long term. Because the company provides safe and secure environment, and innovations are appreciated. During Covid pandemic lockdown although not much work is there, company really came through in flying colours without any job or pay cut. AlsoC-Quel does educational videos about PF, retirals and benefit know-hows. Lakhs lakhs of subscribers are benefitted. Really proud to be associated with these....Read More

During Covid situation till now, no pay cut, no lay offs, no benefit reductions. Salary still on time, all the other incentives and bonuses are on time. Some of my friends in other organisations are suffering. I feel lucky.

Dislikes

Probation period is tough for new joinees. The non-performers and time wasters were shown the door during the probation period itself. Some of them unfairly vent out on social media and online platforms to bring bad repute to the Company.
