A little out of place with work life balance as it’s a production environment job and need to be available 24/7. Yet the coworkers guide and support you in every way possible. Work culture is the strength of the company.

Employee compensation are very bad including annual increment.

Hr not coordinating, they have lives in his own world and supporting. and act as like they the owner of this company. Specially Kinjal hr, she act so over smart comparing rest. Appraisal are to be much better. Politics are to much.

Nothing is fine, they need to increase employees incentive. Hr !!! They don't know how to talk. No manners. They literally scream. Don't wait here for more than a year. Growth here is extremely poor.

...ly I resign the Job. Not any L1, L2, L3 positions, Not any promotion is their. Tax handler process close early, and heavy tax deduction form salary, 3 Months waiting period, team is not coordinate, future growth is not their, only billing is important.

Lac of coordination, lac of growth, Lac of knowledge growth, no benefits, no facilities.
