I am working in C-Edge Technologies from 10 years as top level employee for SBI RBI GOVT Module with given more then 100%, manage project smoothly, without any escalation, doing lot of development, scripts, fine tunning, with late night work, Job Security is their but No any Appreciation from 10 Years, Not any Awards from 10 years No any allowance Not any cources facility Not traveling allowance Not any knowledge improvement, self study and self development is their, HR are not connected with Employees 3 years Not given the increment for 5 level rating employee, Reduce the rating, Realise process is not their, 6 months I am struggle for realise but not get realise from project, forcefully I resign the Job. Not any L1, L2, L3 positions, Not any promotion is their. Tax handler process close early, and heavy tax deduction form salary, 3 Months waiting period, team is not coordinate, future growth is not their, only billing is important....Read More
