Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

...people who are not qualified engineer but act and sign as the they are engineer. Salary is not on time. Holidays are on the whim of director.

The company is working in tunnel ventilation field and adopts latest technogy. I love the fact that I am part of a team that market reliable in new tunnel ventilation technology.Another plus point is colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collabration. I am also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation in not decent and growth also very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not values individuals'unique straight, which is why have to take back my suggestions most of times do appreciation by client through email and phone also. Also, the is no on-jab training for new techniques. Hence senier folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.
