You don't get any kinda Benefits, No bonuses, No salary hikes, Even two years experienced only get 20k/month and for freshers its just 15k/month. They say that time is flexible and you just need to work for 9hrs but they expect you to be there at the office before 10 and you can't leave afters 9hrs, they expect you to work for more than 10-11 hrs daily and sometimes(many) I worked for straight 18hrs and got nothing in return. No cabs, no petrol allowances or whatsoever. You'll get two biscuits as snack 😋

The only benefit we see is learning more technology. Everything else is a disadvantage.

Dislikes

This company requires employees to work more than 10 hours per day, sometimes work on Saturdays and Sundays without overtime compensation. During production releases, employees are required to work 13-15 hours, and sometimes even longer. Managers expect employees to arrive early but do not allow for early departures. Salaries are low, with fresh graduates receiving only 15k per month and even those with two years of experience earning approximately 20k. There is no job security, and employees are simply told to leave if they are no longer needed. Despite these issues, the company does have some positive aspects, such as a friendly senior staff.
